On
weeping warrior wings
lead
fleets of ships
across the boundless
ocean
rest only when necessary
eat only when
the life requires
hold one eye open
in the depths
of the night
for enemies wait
not realizing
that all it takes
is one to plunge
the knife.
Heavy
want no less
or more
of the potent pleasure

fields of gray
behind that hill
engulfed within
the stones
that are
my stomach
ribbon wound

The flood of
cool
green
grass
poppies
in a field
and all
that sings
quiet and still
listening to
the shine.

Ah-pass
the corridor
the open landing
with
wide eyes
gleam
into the heart
of fear.
Pure
There streams
from the mind
something ancient
storm lit
against the tower
how gracious
lightning
sin
hatchet man
bring down
the house
call out
the guards
and sliver
them through
with golden
coins
creep up
the steps
hover over
the bed
with gray eyes
and claws
like daggers

pitiful
loud
against the rocks
call the names
none with you
shall walk
the broken bones
flush against the skin
beaten down
into the dust
